		We have a professional and experienced R & D team consisting of omore than 60 employees in various fields. We adopt a matrix R & D management mode to improve new product's development quality and efficiency. As for expertise development, we divide the team into three categories: those versified in electronics, electro-acoustics, art and mechanism.As for project management,we have other special staff responsible for the project management of new products. They have different responsibilities for developing products,and
	work in different independent groups to make project plan and follow the progress, mediating the product design and project progress between staff in different technical groups.
	Art and mechanism design:
	We have experienced professionals for mould's art and mechanism design. The mould manufacturing center is equipped with precision CNC processing and the well equipped molding injection department helps us finish in time all design and validation from art design, mould manufacture to molding injection with high efficiency and precision.
	Electronics design:
	We have separated research and development department. The research department is located in "TianAn Cyber Park", a technology zone in Shenzhen, which mainly deals with understanding and grasping international advanced technology information in this field as well as commercial opportunities, and studying new technology, especially combination of microwave and electro-acoustics. The development department is located in our Fuyong and Baimang factories in Shenzhen, mainly responsible for developing new products with researched techniques, putting them into production, including the application of Bluetooth wireless technology for automobiles.
	Electro-acoustics design:
	We have many experienced electro-acoustics professionals working in technique research and product development. The team members are experienced with hi-fi sound box, speaker, and earphone and the like. We are also equipped with advanced B & K acoustic testing equipment and AP, 6125 electro-acoustic testing meter and noise elimination room.
